From 3 to 19 April, Galerie Le Feuvre & Roze is delighted to present works by two major artists: French artist Bernard Frize and German artist Thomas Müller.
Both feature in the permanent collections of the Centre Pompidou (among other institutional collections), with a retrospective dedicated to Bernard Frize in 2019 («Sans repentir») and a donation of eleven works from the Daniel and Florence Guerlain Contemporary Art Foundation for Thomas Müller. The Centre Pompidou had also acquired nine works by the German artist.
The gallery will be showing five works by Bernard Frize: iconic paintings dated 2018, 2019 and 2020, as well as a historic work from 1977 that opened his retrospective at the Centre Pompidou. In parallel, nine works by Thomas Müller, biros drawings characteristic of his work, as well as lesser-known but equally subtle works, are on show.
