2023 Retrospective

2023 was a year filled with exhibitions, projects, new collaborations, and excitement. Just this once, we want to take the opportunity in this Yearbook to take a look back at some highlights from the last twelve months. As those of you who know and follow us will be well aware, the gallery is committed to maintaining close links with its artists and collectors. And for that reason, we do not enter into new partnerships lightly. But when the feeling is right, you have to follow your instincts and give it a go. Each exhibition is a leap into the unknown. A risky venture, of course, but above all... a pleasure. It is the pleasure of discovering new artists, their work, and their personality that they are opening up to you. And that idea of pleasure is essential, especially in these turbulent times when we tend to be risk-averse and avoid venturing into unknown territory. But staying on the beaten path and closing ourselves off from new discoveries is no way to flourish. Of course, we must not rush headlong into the unknown with a smile on our face and a bull's-eye on our back, but while remaining reasonable, we must also leave ourselves open to the discovery of new horizons, keep an open mind, and the desire to enjoy ourselves.
