François Malingrëy is one of those artsits who do not wish to impose one and only one interpretation of their work.
He is more interested in leaving the field open to the person in front of the painting. His moods will then allow him to construct his own scenario.
For François Malingrëy however, "there is no place in a painting that is not a choice". It is therefore knowingly and willingly that he offers our imagination the task of constructing the story that is played out before our eyes.
